Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BullSF website, game client, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, installing the game client, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

Account Eligibility and Registration

Access to the Service requires a registered account that you create and maintain honestly. The following conditions apply to every account.

  1. Minimum Age

    You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to register. If you are a minor, you may only use the Service with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  2. Accurate Information

    You agree to provide true, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. Accounts created with false, stolen, or automatically generated credentials may be suspended or terminated.

  3. Account Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your password and authentication factors. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account to anyone.

  4. Security Obligations

    Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

In-Game Economy, Virtual Goods, and Bull Coins (BC)

Bull Coins (BC), virtual items, currencies, ranks, and all other in-game content exist solely within the Service and are governed by the following terms.

  1. Licensed, Not Sold

    Virtual goods and currencies are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service only.

  2. No Real-World Value

    Virtual goods have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be exchanged outside the Service. We may manage, regulate, modify, or remove any virtual item or currency at any time.

  3. No Real-Money Trading

    Selling, buying, or trading accounts, BC, or items for real-world money or value through third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent termination without refund.

  4. Economy Balancing

    We may adjust prices, rates, drop tables, and otherwise balance the in-game economy at our discretion to maintain fair and healthy gameplay.

Payment, Billing, and Fraud Prevention

When you purchase from the Service, you agree to the billing and anti-fraud conditions below.

  1. Authorized Payment

    You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account using a valid payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include taxes and fees.

  2. Chargebacks & Disputes

    Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, removal of credited items, and a permanent ban.

  3. Fraud Screening

    We use fraud-prevention systems and third-party processors to screen transactions. We may decline, hold, or reverse any transaction we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

  4. Failed or Reversed Payments

    If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after items are credited, we may remove the corresponding items, currency, or benefits from your account.

Strict No-Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please review every purchase carefully. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the following policy applies to all transactions.

  1. All Sales Are Final

    Except where required by mandatory applicable law, all purchases of BC, virtual goods, Season Pass, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable once the transaction completes and the items are credited.

  2. Subscriptions

    Recurring subscriptions, such as Season Pass, continue until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period; you retain access until that period ends.

  3. Forfeiture on Ban

    Accounts terminated for violating these Terms — including cheating, fraud, or chargeback abuse — forfeit all unused balances, items, and subscriptions without refund or compensation.

  4. Accidental Purchases

    It is your responsibility to confirm purchases before completing them. We are not obligated to refund accidental or unauthorized purchases made through your account.

Anti-Cheat Policy and Code of Conduct

BullSF exists for legitimate players. We enforce a zero-tolerance standard against cheating and abusive behavior.

  1. Zero Tolerance for Cheating

    Cheats, hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, macros, memory editors, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software that grants an unfair advantage are strictly forbidden and result in a permanent ban.

  2. Exploits and Bugs

    Abusing bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for gain is prohibited. Discovered exploits must be reported to support rather than exploited.

  3. Player Conduct

    Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, scamming, spamming, and disruptive behavior toward other players or staff will not be tolerated.

  4. Enforcement

    We may investigate, suspend, or permanently ban accounts — and associated accounts or hardware — at our sole discretion. Anti-cheat decisions are final.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.

  1. Ownership

    The Service, including all game content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, and text, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

  2. Limited License to You

    We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

  3. Restrictions

    You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except where expressly permitted by law.

  4. User Content

    By submitting content such as names, clan tags, or messages, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Provided “As Is”

    The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  2. No Liability for Loss

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, virtual items, profits, or goodwill.

  3. Service Availability

    We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without liability.

  4. Cap on Liability

    Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute relating to them, are subject to the following.

  1. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  2. Jurisdiction

    You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

  3. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to Terms

These Terms may evolve as the Service grows. Changes are handled as follows.

  1. Right to Revise

    We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

  2. Notice & Acceptance

    Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  3. Your Review

    You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
