Welcome to the official home of Bull SF (BSF). To keep our tactical firefights intense, competitive, and fair for everyone, all players must adhere to this Code of Conduct. Respect the game, and respect your fellow players.
Fair Play & Competitive Integrity
BSF is a game of skill, strategy, and fast reflexes. Cheating ruins the competitive experience and is met with a zero-tolerance policy.
No Hacking / Cheating
The use of aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, or any unauthorized third-party software that alters game memory or grants an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
No Macro Exploits
The use of hardware or software macros to manipulate or exploit weapon recoil, bullet spread, aim assist, or weapon firing rates is strictly forbidden.
No Hardware & Network Manipulation
Any attempt to artificially manipulate game performance via hardware is an instant ban. This includes using physical lag switches or software net-limiters to disrupt network connectivity, as well as map tapping (deliberately freezing/stuttering storage drives or hardware to force asset reloading or see through map geometry).
No Exploiting
Do not abuse map geometry, texture bugs, or game-breaking glitches to gain an upper hand. If you discover a map vulnerability or asset exploit, submit a private ticket via our Support system immediately.
No Match Manipulation
Artificially altering matchmaking ranks, throwing matches, or using secondary accounts to deliberately stomp newer players (smurfing) undermines the integrity of the ladder.
Penalty: Infractions under Fair Play — including hacking, macros, network/hardware manipulation, and map tapping — will result in an immediate, permanent hardware and account ban.
In-Game Communication & Conduct
We welcome intense competitive banter in the text chat, but there is a clear line between high-stakes trash talk and toxic harassment.
Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech
Any discrimination, slurs, or hate speech based on race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability in the text chat will result in immediate account suspension.
No Harassment or Doxxing
Do not target specific players with sustained text abuse, threats of real-world violence, or the release of personal information (doxxing).
In-Game Chat Spam
Do not disrupt the gameplay experience or clog the interface by flooding the text chat with repetitive messages or spam.
Account Ownership & Economy Policies
While we focus our enforcement on what happens inside the live game, please protect yourself by understanding our boundaries regarding account safety and trading.
Account Sharing & Selling (At Your Own Risk)
We strongly discourage sharing or selling your account. BSF management cannot police external transactions. However, note that if you lose access to your account due to sharing or selling, BSF will not assist you in recovering it. You are entirely on your own if things go sideways.
Real-Money Trading (RMT)
Any external trading of accounts, in-game cosmetics, or boosting services for real-world currency is done at your own risk. BSF operations will not mediate, secure, or reverse external RMT trades.
In-Game Scams & Fraud
While external trades are at your own risk, any player caught conducting or executing scams within the game premises (e.g., live chat deception, in-game trade fraud) will be permanently banned.
Enforcement & Penalty Levels
We utilize a progressive discipline system for chat-related behavioral issues, while security, integrity, hardware manipulation, and active fraud violations trigger immediate, absolute termination.
Private Ticket & Reporting System
To maintain a secure and focused environment, our website does not feature public forums or public user posting. All inquiries and player reports are handled privately and directly by our management team.
Submitting a Report
Encountered a hacker, a macro user, a net-limiter, or an exploiter operating in-game? Navigate to our Support Portal and open a private ticket.
Evidence Required
To help us take swift action, please upload or link clear video clips (or unedited screenshots) showcasing the violation, along with the offender's exact in-game name.
Confidentiality
All tickets are strictly confidential. Your report will only be visible to you and the BSF operations team.
