B. SERVER-WIDE MOVEMENT SPEED CAP IMPLEMENTED
   - We've implemented a server-wide movement speed cap to maintain game balance, ensuring a fair experience for all players. Affected users will receive compensation, with details disclosed within the week, sent directly to your accounts. 

C. Trading System
   - New SP and DE weapons have been added this week.
 
Certain measures have been implemented to reduce abuse:
- A daily limit of 3 trading transactions per account.
- A maximum of 3 weapons per transaction.
- SP trading has been removed.

Improvements
- An SP tax for SP weapons has been introduced for free-to-play (F2P) players.
- There is no rank requirement, allowing newcomers to participate.

Notes
- We will monitor trading activities closely. Any abuse will result in banned accounts.
- Changes in trade taxes and restrictions may be implemented, as needed.
