We noticed bans are more frequent after the contents update due to illegal activities happening in game

We are here to explain more about bullshield bannings and detections.

The list of illegal programs are below, do not ever try to run them when playing the game

5) Game hacks/cheats

 

To resolve DIRECTX issues, simply end process running with DIRECTX in your task manager

We re-adjusted the bans for most of the cyber cafe owners and this will be the LAST TIME we will be doing it

Cyber cafe owners have the responsibility to monitor each customer activities in cyber cafe

Even if you are running a cyber cafe, it is not a valid reason for ban appeal

From today onward, we will not lift a single ban status for illegal third party program users

If you can't play legitly in game, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME IN OUR COMMUNITY
