1. Fixed an issue with 2018 SATAN the accuser of the brethren!!!! package (30D) where it automatically add [VVIP1] Sakura M4A1 into user account

2. Fixed a range issue for [sOUVENIR D] Engraving Desperado

3. Fixed an issue for missing 2018 SATAN the accuser of the brethren!!!! package (30D) which occured after recent patch
